Chris is a former Lt. Colonel/Deputy Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police with 27 years of experience where he served as the commanding officer of all investigative, intelligence, and laboratory operations. As a detective, Chris investigated fraud, white collar crimes, political corruption, and violent crimes. Chris then spent 13 years working for two Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device space where he served as the Senior Director in charge of their respective global ethics offices. In this capacity, Chris managed countless investigations involving corporate compliance, fraud, quality assurance, and employee relations. As the Senior Director, Chris was directly responsible for investigating high-level and high risk matters, and then reporting his findings to senior company leaders. Chris also oversaw the running of the ethics office to include managing a confidential hotline, the maintenance of all records, and the supervision of personnel assigned around the world. Chris has extensive global travel and investigative experience, including work in developing countries.
Chris was a Combat Field Medic in the US Army. He holds a BA and Masters degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Public Administration, and a Masters degree from Rutgers University in Criminology. He has also served as adjunct faculty and a guest lecturer at Northwestern University, Rutgers University, and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
